Welcome to Vancouver. We’ll gather at our hotel then head out together for our welcome dinner.
We’re off to explore the city, stopping at Stanley Park and Prospect Point lookout, then the woods of the Capilano Suspension Bridge. Lunchtime will be spent wandering the Granville Public Market and Granville Island. Historic Gastown is the site of our evening walking and tasting Progressive Dinner.
Today’s wine-tasting adventure to the scenic Fraser Valley includes tastings of multiple varieties in at least three wineries and a light lunch.
We head to beautiful Victoria on Vancouver Island on the ferry. In our hotel near the harbor we'll relax before our evening "Eat Like a Canadian" walking and tasting tour.
After a short ferry ride through the Gulf Islands, we visit the famous Saturday Market in the Park on Salt Spring Island. Next is a sight-seeing journey of the Island, with stops at farmstands, wine tasting, and beer tasting at a local brewery.
The famous B.C. wine region of Cowichan Valley awaits today. The vineyards of the Cowichan Valley have ideal conditions for grape varieties that include Ortega, Bacchus, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Gris, Marechal Foch, and Pinot Noir.
Free time for shopping, riding the Pickle Boat Harbor Boats, visiting Craigdarroch Castle, or a tour of the world-famous Butchart Gardens before gathering for our farewell dinner.
