Join our small group tour for an exploration of Mexico City's diverse culinary landscape. Along with our guest chef, Dave Woolley, we'll take a deep dive into the colorful heart and soul of this culinary mecca from taco stands to acclaimed restaurants interpreting traditional Mexican dishes with modern flair. From our 4 star hotel in the city’s historical center, we’ll explore the Zócalo, the city’s main square, and nearby Aztec ruins. Other excursions include visiting ancient chinampas, floating gardens used for agriculture, and walking tours of parks and neighborhoods, sampling local specialties. We’ll have a hands-on cooking class, a chocolate history lesson and tasting, as well as a chance to sample Mezcal, along with free time to explore on your own. Of course, we’ll stop for lunch at a Michelin-starred taco stand! Throughout the tour, you’ll be with Chef Dave, your Global Palate Adventures Host, and a local Tour Leader for all our adventures.
